In this issue we're talking about the most enjoyable part of food: TASTE or more specifically Flavor.

If salads tasted like chocolate cake most people would have no problem eating healthy.

Lack of flavor is one of the most common reasons people list for getting bored on a diet. So, if you want to successfully change your body, you have to discover foods that are both good for you AND that you really enjoy.

Once you've done this, weight loss becomes a much easier and enjoyable process.

1. Take a relaxing breath and slow down
